This study analyzes the relationship between health, education, and employment indicators and per capita expenditure across 38 provinces in Indonesia in 2024 using a quantitative descriptive-correlational approach. Secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) are analyzed using Pearson correlation with EViews software. The results show that life expectancy has the strongest positive correlation with per capita expenditure ($r = 0.7018$), while the education indicator exhibits a moderate positive relationship. In contrast, the open unemployment rate demonstrates a weak positive correlation, indicating the presence of economic agglomeration in more developed provinces that function as centers of economic activity and labor migration.
